Standing sentinel at the entrance to Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts, this modern lighthouse was constructed in 1997 to guide vessels navigating the busy waterway connecting Cape Cod Canal to the Atlantic. The skeletal tower replaced earlier navigational aids and remains an active aid to navigation maintained by the U.S. Coast Guard.

Visitor Access: The lighthouse is not open to the public and can only be viewed from the water.
