Standing sentinel on Maine’s rugged coastline since 1828, Cape Elizabeth Lights—also known as Two Lights—once guided mariners safely past treacherous waters. This historic twin lighthouse station in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, holds the distinction of being one of the few remaining twin light stations in America, though only the eastern tower remains active today.

While the western tower is now privately owned and neither tower is open to public climbing, the dramatic scenery draws photographers year-round.
