Established in 2000, this compact park punches above its weight as a local favorite for walking, birdwatching, and quiet afternoons along the creek.

The park’s main draw is its network of flat, well-maintained trails that wind through mature hardwood forest and open meadows. The paths follow Ellicott Creek for much of their length, making this an especially scenic spot during fall foliage season when the canopy lights up in gold and crimson. In spring, the creek swells with snowmelt and the forest floor fills with wildflowers — trillium, Virginia bluebells, and jack-in-the-pulpit among them.
