Pepeekeo Point Light is a modern navigational beacon located along the rugged Hamakua Coast near Pepeekeo, Hawaii. Built in 2004, it replaced earlier lighting aids that guided vessels along this stretch of the Big Island’s northeastern shore. The light remains active, serving commercial and recreational maritime traffic navigating the rocky coastline.

The tower is not open to the public, so climbing is not permitted. However, photographers can capture striking images from nearby vantage points, with golden hour offering the best light against the dramatic volcanic shoreline.
