Located on Sugar Island in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, the Harwood Point East Range Front Light served as part of a range light system guiding vessels through the St. Marys River shipping channel. Once vital to Great Lakes navigation, the light is no longer active and stands as a quiet reminder of the region’s maritime heritage.
