Built in 1848 in Tuckerton, New Jersey, Tucker’s Beach Light guided mariners along the treacherous shoals of Little Egg Harbor. The original lighthouse succumbed to beach erosion and toppled into the sea in 1927, becoming one of New Jersey’s most poignant maritime losses. A replica now stands at the Tuckerton Seaport, preserving the light’s legacy.

The lighthouse is not active and not open for climbing. Visitors can admire the replica and explore the surrounding seaport museum.
