Nestled in Lenape Park in Perkasie, Pennsylvania, the South Perkasie Covered Bridge stands as one of Bucks County’s oldest surviving covered bridges. Built in 1832, this historic structure features traditional Town truss construction, a lattice design that was popular throughout the 19th century for its simplicity and strength.

The bridge originally spanned Pleasant Spring Creek before being relocated to its current park setting for preservation. Today, it serves as a beloved local landmark and popular photography spot.

Current Status: Temporarily closed to all traffic.
