Standing along the Maumee River in Toledo, Ohio, the Manhattan Range Front Light has guided vessels since 1895. Built as part of a range light pair, it helped ships navigate the narrow channel into one of Lake Erie’s busiest ports. The cast-iron tower remains an active aid to navigation maintained by the U.S. Coast Guard.

Though not open to the public, the lighthouse is visible from nearby roads and the waterfront. Golden hour and sunset provide the best photography conditions, with the river reflecting warm light around the structure.
