Standing on the shores of Lake Michigan in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, this historic lighthouse was built in 1886 to guide vessels through the busy commercial waters of the twin river harbor. The red brick tower served mariners for decades before being deactivated. Though no longer an active navigational aid, the lighthouse remains a striking landmark along the lakefront.

The lighthouse is not open to the public, and visitors cannot climb the tower. However, it can be admired and photographed from the surrounding area — golden hour and early morning light off the lake produce the best shots.

Nearby, visitors can explore the historic Rogers Street Fishing Village, Neshotah Beach, and the town famously credited with inventing the ice cream sundae.
