Strawberry offers a well-designed trail system in Colorado‘s high country, managed by the Bureau of Land Management. Dispersed camping is permitted on BLM land, allowing visitors to set up camp in undeveloped areas away from designated sites. The trail system is non-motorized, so expect a quieter experience than nearby OHV areas. Bicycles and any motorized vehicles must stay on designated routes—watch for signage indicating permitted uses on specific trails.

Access is through the Kremmling Field Office jurisdiction. The area sits at elevation, so plan for variable mountain weather and shorter seasons. Late spring through early fall typically offers the best conditions, though snow can linger into June and return by October.
