Mt. Pisgah State Park

Tucked into the rolling hills of Bradford County in northern Pennsylvania, Mt. Pisgah State Park spreads across 1,302 acres of Endless Mountains terrain. Established in 1979, the park centers around Stephen Foster Lake, a 75-acre reservoir that anchors much of the recreation here and gives the landscape its distinctive character.

The best time to visit is late May through October, when the full range of activities is available and the Endless Mountains put on their famous fall color show. Spring can be muddy but rewards with solitude and birding opportunities.
