Magoun Islands State Marine Park is a coastal park in the Ketchikan Gateway Borough of southeastern Alaska. Part of Alaska’s extensive state marine park system, this park encompasses small islands and surrounding waters in the Inside Passage, the protected waterway that winds through the Alexander Archipelago of southeastern Alaska.

The marine park protects a pristine island environment typical of the Tongass National Forest region, featuring rocky shorelines, dense stands of Sitka spruce and western hemlock, and rich intertidal zones. The surrounding waters support abundant marine life including salmon, halibut, seals, sea otters, and humpback whales that frequent the Inside Passage.

Accessible primarily by boat or kayak, Magoun Islands State Marine Park offers a true wilderness experience for adventurous visitors.
