Managed by the Bureau of Land Management, this area serves as a primary gateway to the Lake Havasu Travel Management Trail System, connecting riders to an extensive network of designated routes through rugged Sonoran terrain.

Fall through spring delivers ideal riding conditions with mild temperatures. Summer months bring extreme heat exceeding 110°F, making desert travel dangerous. Early mornings offer the best visibility and cooler temperatures for trail riding.
